TOS

1) Account setup and ownership

Your Liquid Host account would be setuped and activated once we receive the payment. No exceptions. The card holder, or PayPal owner is considered as account owner and he would be contacted in case of abuse.

 

2) Email adress and contact information

The registering user, should provide a valid email, which would be used for contacting him in case of abuse or reports. We are not responsible for false contact information. In case of detecting false information, you would get terminated without notice.

 

3) Content
Examples of forbiden content on our Shared and VPS packs can be found bellow:

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Any forbiden materials (according to our TOS), found to be hosted on our network would be removed with or without notice. Failure of respond to emails and abuse reports from our department in the reasonable 24 hours time frame would result service suspension untill a contact has been made.

 

Any site found to host child pornography or linking to child pornography will be suspended immediately without notice.

 

4) Zero Tolerance Spam Policy
We take a zero tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam. "Safe lists", purchased lists, and selling of lists will be treated as spam. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated with or without notice

 

Mass mailing, with advertisment or SPAM purposes is not tolerated by us and would result in immediate account termination with or without notice.

 

5) Resellers

The resellers are obligated and kept responsible for thir client's hosted content. They need to do routine checks for their clients accounts and in case of any abuse, terminate them.

 

6) Backups and Data Loss
Your use of this service is at your sole risk. Keeping your data safe is your responsibility and we are not responsible fro any data loss. However, we do make backups every 3 days on our own good will.

 

7) Cancellations and Refunds
We reservs the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice as well as without a refund, if you are found breaking our TOS or abusing the service.

Inappropriate language, used while talking to one of our representives would result in account suspension.

 

We do not have money-back policy, but regarding that, in case of any inconvinience or downtime, you would get compensated with a certain amount of credit in our user account, which you would eb able to spend on all of our services.

Accounts cancellations should be made 10 days prior the due date, or you will be forced to pay the next invoice. 

8) Price Change

We reserve the right to make changes to our pricelist. Existing custommers would be notified 7 days before the price change would take effect.

 

9) Changes to the TOS
Liquid Host reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
